Listening to the recording of your Reading is a very important part of your investment with Yolanda. Yolanda may identify some things in your life that appear irrelevant or not make immediate sense at the time of your reading; the meaning may take a while to unfold.

It is a matter of opening our minds and our subconscious and letting the brain unlock and interpret the messages Yolanda has given you.

It is also about keeping an open mind and choosing to be open to the change you want to have.

Yolanda recommends you take detailed notes as you listen daily to your full reading.

Over the years, her many clients have shared that they hear different things every time they listen to their reading. As time passes they also hear and use the information more meaningfully than at their first few hearings.

Therefore, your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee comes into effect 7 weeks after your reading. And you must have listened to your full reading

once a day for 7 consecutive days following your reading; and
once again every week for the next 7 weeks from your appointment

If after listening to your reading in this way you see no practical or accurate value in your Reading whatsoever, please contact Yolanda and she will gladly and promptly offer you another full GOLD or SILVER complimentary reading of your choice AT NO EXPENSE TO YOU AT ALL.

Refund and Cancellation policy

We are always happy to change appointment times where possible. However, if you are unable to transfer your appointment, our policy is a full refund (minus GST) with two weeks’ notice, half refund with one week’s notice.

With less than one week’s notice, we are, unfortunately, unable to give you a refund.
