  • This workshop will focus on 'chair meditating' - if you prefer to sit on the floor to meditate, please byo comfy seating, etc.

I'm booking a large table for us at the Mavis Made to Order Cafe which is a 3 min drive from our Workshop into the CBD.

The Cafe is a popular spot, the coffee is good, it has a range of snacks, salads and meals. Alternatively, you're welcome to bring a packed lunch and eat by the Lake (if it's not too hot).
